Don’t over complicate things ladies and gentlemen. This is a Chinese ticker that got delisted for the exact same reasons as Luckin Coffee. The difference here is they’re selling the shell to an American based cloud infrastructure company based out of Bellevue, Washington. It’s essentially a reverse merger but on a NASDAQ ticker. That’s where this is going back to.
