The part otherwise and typically served by placebo (control group) is the Standard of Care "control" group. The "test" group receives MK.

Now then, nobody paying attention should be concerned with the word "placebo" in this trial, ever.

However it is interesting to note that "placebo" itself is a wonder-drug, often 7% effective... go figure...

On that note, our bar is raised to 10% over all survival.
