CEO Neil Chan is not returning phone/email messages which he used to before when I called him or emailed him. Also why would there be so much manipulation to bring it down and then the accumulation of this company shares so many times, which has such great things going on for it. Just think about why would this happen.

This tells me the following:
1) This silence is because he is under an NDA about a possible Merger/Buyout already in progress OR busy negotiating some very large contracts with large insurance/auto companies (and doesn't have time to respond to investor emails/phone calls) that will be jaw dropping.

2) The manipulation by large groups/investors/naked short sellers and then accumulation by large groups/investors, happening several times, tells me that they know what they own and know what is coming big time. These big guys always know much more and way before us.

Will it be TESLA/USAA or some other insurance/auto company?

I will be the LEAST BIT SURPRISED IF WE HEAR A BUYOUT/MERGER/VERY LARGE CONTRACT NEWS SOON!!!!!
