Wonder what it says?


"a limited license for research and development" sounds like NNVC is granting a license to Theracour. The existing licenses are granted to NNVC by Theracour "for the manufacture, use, sale, or offer of sale of the Licensed Product(s)".

I'm not questioning the truth of what the Company is saying. I just don't understand it. Quit whining and explain it.
