Interesting fake MM trading activity happening here?

2 days ago I put a Bid higher than the $3. I was the only one showing at the price above $3. A sell transaction for the same amount of shares happened at my bid price but my offer was not taken. I removed my bid and more shares are sold at $3 later. All the while, the share count on the Bid never changes.

Today I put a Bid higher than $3 and no shares traded at all. There have been daily sells at $3 for weeks now.

Why isn't the Bid moving lower with all of those sells? Why isn't my Bid getting whacked?
