The way I am interpreting the move is being a dark stock no one really has any idea how to value just the core business. When the filings are presented to NASDAQ it will include a LOT of other companies, 2 of which make over 200 million each. So then the stock will be current and NASDAQ will set a price based on the new valuation.

then again, that is only an educated guess on my part.
