Here are some better questions, which will be unanswered...

Did the FDA "changes" in their EUA sampling requirements impact any other company significantly enough for them to mention it to the public? Of the 235 authorized tests, how many stated they they were delayed due to an FDA change? How many still unauthorized tests have accompanying them, complaints from the company developing them about the changes?
