I think this company in a very promising area. Ecommerce in SE Asia actually has a very bright future. But if you see WEYL, it has a very poor history with tons of dilution. They paid lots of fees and compensation by stock. So there is good and bad.

As a conclusion, this is a "poor" company in a very hot area. If you trust it, just buy in, if not, just sell your stock and leave.
