Update: 9/4. AM
X-rays this morning showed a little improvement on the left lung. The vent is still in APRV mode and is currently set at 40%. The ECMO is currently set at 85%. Tommy did receive another unit of blood this morning. Blood pressure is still on the low side and is being closely monitored. The daily fluid balance was negative overall for last 24 hours again which is good!
