Lets hope their 'big emergency' isnt to push davey jones for an immediate conversion to chapter 7. They could say THE PUNTER had his chance and failed. They want their money now, and tired of waiting on THE PUNTER to keep up his useless jawboning.
Lets hope the '70k employees' that jones claims to care so dearly about would prevent this from EVER happening.

Or,,,MAYBE they're tired of not getting paid, and want their version of a Motion to dismiss this sham case. IDK for sure, but in chapter 11, 1st lien/top bond/note holders do NOT get paid, correct?
Well since we know JCP has $1.49 billion in cash, if this scam were dismissed, wouldnt all the seniors start getting paid again on schedule?
