You speak of candor, but what do you want them to tell us about the REMOVE results and FDA guidance at this point? They have no control over the REMOVE results and when they’re analyzed and released. Regarding Ticagrelor removal pathway, they’re waiting for the FDA to offer guidance. I just don’t understand how you can repeatedly get on a public board and imply they’re holding something back. It’s mind boggling to me. We will get the information shortly after they do. If you have reason to believe they’re holding back this information, please lay it out here what evidence you have to that effect.

The base case for FDA guidance (99% probability, in my opinion) is that they will require a study. If they don’t, consider it an unexpected gift. You’re setting yourself and others up for unnecessary disappointment when you imply that anything other than no trial is bad. The good news is that according to prior statements, a study should be relatively fast and we do not need to raise money to conduct it.
