The SEC litigation file is about Toxic Financing - Tangiers is a good example. The toxic financiers, i.e. the defendants, violated federal securities laws by acting as unregistered dealers. There was nothing in the file regarding shorting, naked or otherwise. I don’t even know where that came from.

It’s a Fact that if a stock lacks significant fails to deliver (SPRV has Zero) it cannot have a problem with naked shorting. As for SPRV short interest, that’s Zero as well:
