- Its not a game to secure a credit line of $ 3B.
- Its not a game to put Mr. Yan Zhiyong (CEO of Power China) in a chair to sign a MOU .
- We are trying to develop a project of building HPPs (bigger than we think, in more countries than Albania), We are not selling candies. It takes time, and if we think that te legal/politic framework of this countries are very confusing it take a lot of time more than a central countries.
