Regarding the AS that number will change with an amendment to NV and certificate of that on NV eSOS regardless when it goes current (with 8-k's drop). That's just a number to get the filings going IMO.

My theory is he may of bought large bocks at .000001 yes 5 zeros in Jan/Feb 2020 to bring it to bid (.0001) with the help possible from a Market Maker. Again just a theory may not be correct just my opinion which can be wrong here.

Even if he canceled like a billion shares (instead of registering them) he will lose like $1,000 (for a billion shares) which he gets back from his convertible shares or small-scale commons-dilution. That is what I would do instead of registering them but DL knows best.

I am really hoping we are 2-3 billion AS with a near max out or smaller.
