Per Annual Report:

The Company uses the home office of an officer. This officer charges the Company $6,000 per annum during fiscal years 2020 and 2019 for the use of his home office and for providing accounting and other services.

According to the Annual Report, the Company is dormant; minimal assets which are shrinking.....But looking for opportunities. Looking where?
