Yeah Mick, all this action is new for us:)
Let me post this link up to EDGAR site listing two insider buying forms loaded up after-market yesterday where 60K insider options were exercised at 95/96 cents. I now say probably the trigger(s) for pre-market drop today vs. the end of Days to Cover factor hanging live till 1 PM US Eastern Standard Time today.

James Beih and Michael Douglas both buying in. Insiders, not primary insiders, but insiders, hence the Form 4's. Actually, shorts have added a lot of volume along with volatility to our little pile of gold, there is a benefit, and we have a huge number our Outstanding Shares and what has been exceedingly low volume.

Day traders did bring us ACTION Shorting and other trading action over on Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation's HIGH ROLLER exchange is something we should be aware of and looking at.

On that, a repetitive criticism of TYME from analysts is our HEAVY INSIDER HOLDINGs and low INSTITUTIONAL holdings (too risky/no income YET?). Gotta get my assets off to work. Get back here a bit later.
