Yeah I can't believe anyone would ever cut Jim Dial a check for warrants. There are no financial statements and therefore no accountability checks and balances about how the money is spent. Anyone here reading this is crazy if they put one red cent into such an investment. Jim Dial could take your $400K and go buy himself a new Aston Martin and you would never know it.
