You have to look at the mc... MESO has 116mil os x $18 is a mc of $2,104,020,000

BTRXQ has 2,000,000,000 os at $0.014 is a mc of 28,000,000

So the mc of MESO is 75 higher than that of BRTXQ

So $0.014 x 75= $1.05

$0.014 is realy a nobrainer for BRTXQ.
