My questions here are 1) why the app is necessary given that the ordering party will already have the test results? 2) Looking at these countries economically they are already cash starved and now are in worse shape. Why spend money on something available free through other parties? 3) What percentage of the population can afford cell phones? This adds expense. 4) Although the language on the screen can be translated to accommodate sales will the language barrier itself hinder sales?

Otherwise, I can't speak to the culture of these countries or acceptance of such a product. But I do know that trendiness counts in the US and this is not a trendy app for the US market. It would have to forcefed to the US market. The only possibility I see is schools where the kids can't fight back.

All in all this appears to be an ill thought out business plan for a last ditch attempt at survival. I hope I am wrong and they saw or knew something I didn't.

You’re too narrow visioned. Search the globe and see what other countries seem to be moving toward. The app has a definite market, but will it take market share with the other apps being rolled out about now? That’s the only question I have.
