Actually only 50 million for financing. The other 50 million is going to Nader and the Board. Did anyone question why Nader telegraphed as the Q&A started they wouldn’t take any questions outside what he talked about?

He wasn’t going to let that happen on a call but you can bet they’ll get them voted in.

Remember when the vote to approve the 100 million “was just in case we need 10 million or so” to carry through! LOL- Nader has those shares accounted for already. Then he’ll settle the current lawsuit and be whole again!

Heads he wins, tails we lose!
