Tanya and Yury --

Thank you for your note. I stand by what I told you before: this is a very volatile stock in a brand new company. We have so much work to do to get the business side stabilized. It will be at least another three months before we can foresee bigger developments for the company. But we are moving forward.

At the same time, I have made it clear to shareholders that the stock is being diluted -- not by me personally, but shares have been issued to noteholders for debts owed to them and to raise a small amount of money for operations. As the financials reflect, I have been using relatively very little money to run this company while we get operations going. To date we have raised less than $120,000 for the entire year!

I can't explain the slide in the stock price. Many market makers had large blocks of stock in this company long before I took control. I would be speculating, but I assume a good bit of the trading comes from them. For example, much of the current slide happened during a time when I did not issue one share of stock to anyone and I know for a fact that no one I had issued stock to in the past had any holdings. If the stock suddenly went up, I would not have a better explanation for that either. No one can really predict what will happen and why at this level.

I will share some developments with the public come the new year. I truly wish the best for you and your family.
