GOVT may have changed mind about release !

It is possible that the GOVT has reconsidered release
of the GSEs.

Think about it,

1. Appeal to the Supreme then don’t even defend your
position on FHFA Director.
2. Calabria tells the world the NWS is illegal and now
the GOVT is fighting for it......Hmmmmm interesting.
3. Get rid of a good Cap Rule then go thru the drama
of writing a new one for NO REASON. Of course it has
stirred up a hornets nest and for what ?

This might all be by design and they may not want to
release after all.
