You are missing the fact that when this got near .10 it was a entirely different environment.

There was SPECULATION as to what may be coming.

Now that we know the immediate facts( fluid sales much less, nothing of real substance from the U.K. at this point, quite possibly tens of millions of shares being sold by note holders, annual revenue nowhere near the inflated number put out by many here) it’s going to take something monumental to see those prices again.
