You obviously are unaware of the cost for premium nut butters.

I've seen people overpay for all sorts of stuff: team-licensed gummies & candy for example.

I get it: people buy stuff.

This is about VRUS: Did they get a good deal? Or did they overpay a company that wanted out of the biz?

We can't really know that yet.

Their history of negotiations, for food-product or finance, hasn't been great.

Maybe TAM would disagree - beats me! But at least we've got that helicopter, right?
