STUPID ME! After 2 weeks of owning this stock (doing well) and doing DD everyday, I got rattled because the last two days got pretty hairy. BUT THEN THE LIGHT FINALLY CAME ON AND I FINALLY KNOW WHAT I OWN!
I have been burnt by a lot of posters lying to me on Ihub through the years. But I have learned who to trust after learning the hard way. But when the selling started on Tuesday, my natural inclination was to get nervous and sell. Why? Because I start thinking I am getting scammed again and then consternation sets in! Do you sell or not sell? I HELD AND DIDN'T SELL (except carving out my freebies last week)!
So why didn't I freak and sell? BECAUSE I AM NOW 100% SURE WHAT I OWN. Even after reading PACER docs the last week or so, I still had doubt. My apprehensive self said the p and d crew must be in cohorts with AUCTUS so they can make a lot of money. Then Auctus can buy and make money too to help erase their losses etc. So imaginary stories like that played out in my head.
Simply, I was WRONG WRONG WRONG TO DOUBT! This whole restructuring is MUCH bigger than Ihub. It is much bigger than anyone here. I am done doubting why the IP is worth a crap load now vs. why it wasn't 2-3 months ago or why no one came to outbid Desmarais before Auctus stepped in. I don't have to worry who the buyers will be when the 10th comes or thereafter anymore.
Why again? BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT I OWN. This used to be any other NASDAQ Biomed company with promise like a lot of them, but they simply ran out of money. That is what happened here. Auctus isn't doing this to keep themselves busy, they are doing it because they KNOW the VALUE of the patents and the IP with it soon to be heading into phase III. THIS STOCK USED TO BE A LOT HIGHER ON A REVERSE SPLIT ADJUSTED BASIS. WHY? Biomed funds saw value too! Why didn't they outbid Desmarais you still may ask? Because they don't have time for restructuring and want to invest when it is back on the SILVER platter for them! (There is one of your buyers!)
We know this: Bankruptcy restructuring plays are almost ALWAYS HOME RUNS! Careful now, that is in the short term though. It may only last a year and Auctus may have to cut ties. But the buyers will come. Trust me because I finally trust myself. Stop selling. You are going to miss the big run!
This reorganization is a gift to us! Don't trade it or you may miss out! Yes, take gains to own freebies like i did if you can but own it and then sell it in a week or two or two months from now. Otherwise, you may miss one of the easiest orchestrated profits to fall into your lap in OTC history!
This of course is all my KNOWN opinion! The light is finally shining! Trust the process.
