New SEC filling: 1) New $300,000 convertible note that converts at 60% discount (almost 60mm shares based of today’s price). Also fees for hiring Maxim disclosed are approximately 10mm shares upfront PLUS 8% of the shares of any capital raise PLUS an additional 8% in the form of a 5 year warrant PLUS a few other payments:
