I couldn't care less what KGRI does. But if it does go up, there should be a reason. Either something happening with the company/ticker or just a group of traders trying to move the stock by attracting attention to it with some silly nonsense.

The former is preferred, of course, but the latter is all too common with these dead tickers.

But it's good to know which it is.
