Are health regulators in India going to sit back watching their citizens die, due to completely errant DECN COVID-19 test results? Keep in mind, the local DECN distributor is on the hook for the any liabilities! There is not one REAL distributor anywhere in the World, who will be willing to assume DECN's liabilities for a test that cannot pass muster for the U.S. FDA!

The garbage about distributor sales will continue for months, because any sales will not need to be made public until March 31, 2020, i.e. in the 2020 Annual Financial Report. Hopefully by then, Berman will be answering to the securities industry regulators and/or law enforcement!
