Do you know how much money and time and effort it takes to have a caveat emptor taken off? If you read the shareholder letter dated 07/30 you'll see that that was because of one individual not doing their job. The PR prior to that talked about how they installed a new CFO to rectify that situation. Now if you compare that to the price action of when the caveat emptor came off you'll see that they've made significant headway and they're definitely growing and on the right track so saying you're neither bullish or bearish here and you're just hoping to get lucky it's kind of a silly Outlook. One should definitely be bullish here. The news flow has increased and all the news has been positive and the price action is definitely indicative of the way this company is heading in my opinion.
