The OS was 18.6m shares until 8/15 when they issued 177.4m additional shares. The OS grew to 196m shares...so the have 177.4m newly minted shares and they will be hitting the market soon based on the performance of this management team with other stocks. Time is a ticking. This could go sub penny with 100k market dump, think how far it will drop when millions hit.
