The first mistake is using Otcshortreport for anything at all. We all know it’s a clickbait BS site used to portray a narrative that something nefarious is going on behind the scenes holding the PPS back. That stuff only works for nubes and rookies. Any normal trader knows it’s complete BS.
The only legit source of info for “short interest” is FINRA. Folks don’t like to use FINRA because it doesn’t fit the big bad shorty narrative but it’s the only place to get legit info on any given ticker.
