Oh no - this, this is going to BK this trash pile looks like to me.

A nano "company" of a few people and a FAKE PhD con-n-scam and a CEO sucking out EVERY DIME OF CASH to pay himself like he's running a damn Fortune 500 real public company all while structuring untold numbers of PRIVATE sub and sub-sub "family" companies to which they funneled and siphoned off even more CASH from shareholders LMFAO !!

The "govt" had ZERO to do with the failure of this massive scam - from fake "clinical trials" to butchering and blinding innocent ladies via an idiot play acting as a "doctor" to everything else FUBAR imaginable.

Just another OTC dog shit penny con designed to feed massive paychecks via never ending toilet paper grade share-printing (a perpetual OTC dilution machine like all these scams are - inking gutter grade toxic debt notes out the ass to pay insiders while producing a literal 99.99% loss to shareholders and the CEO for doing that made himself wealthy LMAO !) nothing but a pay machine/cash dispenser to a tiny, tiny cadre of insiders. DOJ buried um like a shovel read project - and rightfully so. The SEC watches EVERY move they make now- the party is long, long over and done :)

I'd say this is pretty much 100% for certain going to sink what's left of this shell - if there's even anything left to be had. The court can send um to BK or a receivership as it's a violation of a prior court-backed settlement and order, via the Honorable Judge Jack Tutor in Broward County also w/ same plaintiff of Brenda Leonhardt. Tomas just said a big ole F-U and never paid her.

As Jordan Belfort's dad said him in Wolf Of Wall Street, "Looks like the chickens are coming home to roost" :)

Mike Michael Miguel Tomas and Kristin Comella/Conmella essentially siphoned off ALL cash to themselves as bullshit every increasing mega "salaries" and "cash bonuses" while ignoring the COURT ORDERED SETTLEMENT of 2014/2015 that they OWED FORMER FOUNDER'S SPOUSE BRENDA LEONHARDT almost a cool $2 MILLION which Tomas never made a single effort to ever pay here back - even when the clinic scams were making some cash when not blinding innocent ladies and then the FDA shut this sham-o-rama down pretty much.

This lawsuit explains it all in GREAT DETAIL - and the law firm for the plaintiff Leonhardt, they are TOP SHELF pros at security's law, SEC law, public corp debtor issues, etc. Shark type ass kickers looks like to me - they're gonna take USRM to the woodshed and beat um down IMO.

ALL defendants named : U.S. Stem Cell Inc, Mike Tomas, William P. Murphy (aka the scarecrow M.I.A. 96 yr old "Chairman of the Board) and all other named board members- had 20 days from Aug 4th, 2020 (the summons being served) to respond to the lawsuit complaint.

Uh- that be 20 + Aug 4th = TODAY Aug 24th by my math, LOL !!!

Else, they can lose this lawsuit by DEFAULT JUDGEMENT which would certainly mean FILING BK and/or a court receivership to liquidate what's left = DIRE STRAITS !!!

Just getting the legal shit kicked out of them - BY THEIR OWN DOING just over and over and over again.
