It could be. But I hope not. I just bought more lol. Their LOI looked pretty vague to me. Kinda sounded like a plan that is still in its very early stages. Kinda was like "we'd like to do this, yet haven't found anything that's going to work yet. But we are working on it." I wouldn't count it out yet. Took almost a year to get the #'s they are getting out of the North farm. If they do get another farm, it's going to take a little time to get those numbers up too. Accomplishing what they are trying to accomplish is no small task. I'm still willing to give it some time to transpire.
