If that were true, Argonaut, or some other JV, would be all over this claim in today's gold market. And to head of any arguments of "Why would PT do that now that it's 100% owned and we're producing"...

PT would jump all over a JV deal like this for the following reasons;

1. Mexus needs the money.
2. Mexus needs the manpower.
3. Mexus needs the money.
4. Mexus needs the expertise.
5. Mexus needs the money.


In hindsight, this event is the moment when it was over for Mexus.
