It really just depends on what’s going on and being done in the LOI. I’ve seen them issued and actions on them made within a few months, and seen them issues and take nearly 2 years to get something done on them. I’ve seen these kind of LOI’s issued and no progress ever made on them. I’d say if they are serious about it we should get some form of update on progress within the next 2-4 months.
