This gonna be delisted the way I see it. PLUS spoke with oil folks in ND saying they are going to Permian basin region there now, as ND oil play is over as far as new developments, and Permian Basin asset areas are going nuts- a companies from PED to CVX already have such assets (free & clear) in place and looking for more acquisitions to enhance their existing extractions/bbls out of ground there...

Maybe PED may even look to acquire OAS once it goes dead, so they have footprint in ND, though as I said, the richest, best resources are in Permian, and PED and others have many of such assets in place already nobody talking about in biz media- all talk is about Tesla or Amazon, etc day after day after day...
