I’ve said that from a while ago but got berated for it.

Totally speculative play but that’s the balls it takes. If they don’t get the votes for the stock chances are it’s going to skyrocket.

If not it could still go up (most likely not) depending on what the note holders do with their shares (most likely won’t be able to dilute their conversions until the vote happens.

Either way, they go lower, they risk another buyer coming in and grabbing more shares....
Kinda getting into independent voter territory where they just take votes away from the two major parties. They are a deciding factor that can swing votes another way.
Dangerous but could be lucrative
