The original question from StupidMillenial was:

Can BBRW buy AND sell shares to improve their holdings in the same buyback period as long as they ended up buying and holding $1.5M at the end? Or is that super illegal?



Seems like it is fine for them to not PR at the start of a buyback. But, is it legal for them to buy AND sell? Maybe we're going off on a tangent that doesn't matter...
