This is probably one of the simplest stocks to understand when you do your DD. Clancy Systems sold their shell. Naveen Doki bought it and offered it to his associate Sam Mathew CEO of Obocon. CLSI acquired Obocon and then Anthea. Anthea has announced new marketing agreements and posted a forward looking statement.

Obocon waiting on FINRA and new Transfer Agent before continuing to post PRs and fillings. All that has been completed so any day now. This has all been discussed and verified. Anyone with any interest knows this and is here for a reason.

No brainer here, CLSi is trading under its value.
