Serb: I believe this is temporary but unnecessary and could have been avoided. It's not a good look at this time-and this is valuable time.
Did Armen think through the eventual problem that would arise with Shital's departure? He should have been ready - at least - with a world class pharmacy veteran before he allowed her the freedom to come back as 'competition' in the future-which I suspect she will.
Your shareholders are grieving her loss. She may not have had the background that a former CVS or Walgreen's CEO might have, but you bet your bippy she's got the brains, imagination and drive to come back atcha!
You men (?) that think you can outsmart a woman of her calibre have much to learn!!!

After she planned and set the stage for the next iteration of this company, too!!! It was WIMPISH to say the least.
