The primary endpoint was changed to "Time to Recovery [ Time Frame: Up to 28 days ]" from "Incidence of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation and/or Death [ Time Frame: Up to 28 days ]". They made Incidence of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation and/or Death the first secondary endpoint.

I believe they changed the PE since overall death rates (per infected patient) have been decreasing, apparently due to better treatment modalities since the beginning of the pandemic.
