ALL: FYI - There has been lots of talk regarding the use of Roth, Tradtional IRAS, 401(K)s vehicles, etc., in holding shares of XKEM (other pennies as well).

I will be putting together a DD packet that will be useful in planning your finances going forward using all of the abovmentioned investment vehicles and some light estate planning. I should have it done by the end of the week.

My goal is to clear up how you can handle the funds once in one of these vehicles, tax ramifications associated with withdrawl, contribution limits/constraints, and estate/tax benefits/pitfalls.
