Someone out there with some serious juice has been moving low float shells these past 2 weeks, ATMS and now CIIT, the share structures are almost identical with those two, both SEC filers, and both started their runs around the same price..........granted the runs are shortlived, but a LOT of dollars(over $200K) goes into them very quickly.
