MDLG may still be able to be prosecuted, he should be, however I doubt he will be.

The CLOK BOD obviously listened to attorneys advice that it was best to settle. It is rare that complete justice is ever handed down by the courts, it seems it is always no justice or partial justice. This is good partial justice, not great. I do not understand the reasoning of paying the criminal a single penny for returning all of the shares he got caught stealing red handed. It's like letting a cashier keep a hundred bucks for returning all the money he took from the till at the end of his last shift.

Thieves should not receive finders fees!
