Bailing Out Before Pending Kick to the Groin

Finally got in last week at what I thought was a good price. Few million shares. Figured I would make some good money in the coming months and was going to actually hold long term.

Then, I listened to the recent interview with Anshu Bhatnagar. About 8 min and 10 seconds in he says...

TWO KEY THINGS:
"Moving into next year, a key goal is to get listed on a major exchange." (NYS or NASDAQ) At this SP, this would require a major R/S.
Then he says, "that is something we are working towards RIGHT NOW".

IMO, an R/S is in the works. I cannot take the chance so I bailed.
