Bruce Weitzberg isn't gonna spin PASHealth into another pubco imho MFN, simply because if Hestia and him were ever going to do anything viable with the PASHealth biz model in the 1st place, they would've done so last year when they had more than ample opportunity to do so ok.

Instead, when the covid crisis hit, the PASHealth wellness center located in New York got completely shut down...so thank god we have the pending CLX merger that is gonna deliver true shock & awe from BIG MONEY glty!
