They cancelled the expensive Options so they could issue cheaper ones and kept the older Options and cheaper ones on the Books — Looks to me if they were to Cancel unused Options they would start with the oldest 1st that haven’t exercised and not the new ones that are more cost — JMO

They can only issue up to 10% of the Outstanding so that being said — More to come
