Therefore, this is very obviously a BUY MOMENT FOR SURE. GO WITH THE ODDS. ALMOST ALWAYS BUT NOT ALWAYS.

In a bull market, you can not go with the odds as it ascends, where the odds are against you but not probably closer to 50/50.

But go with them almost always on the downside. We just had a massive Earthquake event a month ago, that defied the downside approach, but these are rare events.
