this is exactly why imho the only dividend could/would have been one related to the Hestia Wellness Biz Model as to take out or release an asset from a public vehicle shareholders have to be compensated in some form. The only way to avoid the dividend requirement would be for Bruce/Hestia to also take any & all remaining debt/liabilities w/ them as they are shown the door.
