legal what i like about this is their straightforward language in the pr. they come right out and say "preliminary talks", no fancy wording. and of course a proven existing business. refreshing after sljb, ipre, etc. good luck, i gotta get some sleep before my graveyard job. this could get me on the way to retirement...
